INU-YOS

INU-YÖS is used for placement of foreign students who wants to study  associate and undergraduate degree programs at Inonu university. İNÜ-YÖS exam is held regularly every year. There are a total number of 80 questions aimed at measuring the abstract thinking and reasoning ability of the candidates. 50% of the exam measures the ability to comprehend the shape and space relations and to use analytical thinking skills and 50% measures the ability to use basic mathematics and geometry skills. Items are all developed in multiple-choice format with five answer options, and only one of these options is the correct answer.

 

İNÜ-YÖS is carried out by the Exam Preparation and Execution Commission appointed by the Rector. The coordination of the examination and announcement of the results shall be carried out in accordance with the decisions and instructions of the commission. The entrance fee of İNÜ-YÖS is determined by the Board of Executives. The results of the İNÜ-YÖS exam are valid for one (1) academic year following the exam date. Objections to the exam questions shall be done within five (5) business days following the display of the questions on the web. The objection to the exam results shall be made within five (5) business days after the announcement of the exam results. Objections shall be evaluated by the Question Objection Commission or Exam Result Objection Committee, members of which are appointed by the Rector. Objections to the exam questions and the result of the exam are made in writing to the International Student Office or by e-mail to yos@inonu.edu.tr.
